1Thai words in italic have been transcribed using the Royal Thai General System, except when it was a quotation taken from another source.
2City names and Thai surnames follow the English spelling used in English-language publications.
3Some Thai phrases are put in […] which indicates that phonetic Thai was used to transpose them into the Western alphabet.
4Most papers′ or articles′ titles were transcribed by the contributors using phonetic Thai and not the Royal Thai General System.
